This page explains how you can delete your data and what happens when you delete your account on SlotlyBooking.
How to delete your data
You can delete your data by deleting your account. To do so:
- Sign in to SlotlyBooking using either:
- The SlotlyBooking mobile app (iOS or Android), or
- The web dashboard at dashboard.slotlybooking.com
- Open Settings (in the app or in the dashboard).
- Go to the account or delete account section.
- Follow the steps to delete your account.
No separate request by email is required for standard account deletion — you can complete the process yourself from Settings.
What gets deleted
If you are a staff member
- Only your own account is deleted.
- Your personal data (name, email, profile) associated with that account is removed.
- You lose access to the business you were invited to. The business, its data, and other staff members are not affected.
If you are the business owner
- The entire business is deleted, including:
- All business data (settings, services, reservations, messages, etc.)
- All staff member accounts linked to that business (their access is removed and their account data related to that business is deleted)
- Your own account and personal data are also deleted.
This action is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted business or its data.
After deletion
- We delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep data for legal, tax, or security reasons (see our Privacy Policy).
- If you have an active paid subscription, cancelling or deleting your account follows the rules described in our Terms of Service (e.g. access until end of billing period).
