Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Feki Development ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SlotlyBooking mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using SlotlyBooking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
SlotlyBooking is a business management platform that enables businesses to:
- Manage bookings and reservations
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp Business integration
- Use AI-powered automated booking and messaging
- Manage staff, services, and business schedules
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, and notifications
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use SlotlyBooking. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 16 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- Will use the Service only for lawful business purposes
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
To use SlotlyBooking, you must create an account by providing:
- A valid name
- A valid email address
- A password (minimum 8 characters)
You must verify your email address before accessing the full functionality of the Service.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at contact@slotlybooking.com if you suspect unauthorized access
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 Available Plans
SlotlyBooking offers the following subscription plans:

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4.2 Plan Features
- Free Plan: Basic booking management, WhatsApp integration, and manual confirmations
- Pro Plan: Everything in Free, plus AI auto-replies, automated reminders, and basic analytics
- Business Plan: Everything in Pro, plus multiple locations, advanced AI features, priority support, and custom message templates
- Enterprise Plan: Everything in Business, plus unlimited usage, dedicated support, custom integrations, and a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
4.3 Usage Limits
Each plan includes monthly limits for reservations and WhatsApp messages. When you reach your plan's limit:
- You will be notified that you are approaching or have reached your limit
- Additional reservations or messages beyond the limit may be restricted
- You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your limits
Usage counters reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4.4 Meta / WhatsApp Messaging Fees
Meta may charge separate fees for WhatsApp Business messaging and template usage (for example, per-conversation or per-template fees billed to your WhatsApp Business Account). These fees are:
- Determined, invoiced, and collected directly by Meta (or its payment processors)
- Not included in your SlotlyBooking subscription price
- Not administered or managed by SlotlyBooking at this time
You are solely responsible for reviewing and paying any applicable Meta / WhatsApp Business fees associated with your account. In the future, we may offer integrations to help you monitor or manage such fees, but we do not currently do so and we do not act as a payment intermediary for Meta.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will:
- Be communicated at least 30 days in advance
- Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- Not apply retroactively to the current billing period
If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your subscription. Prices are stated exclusive of such charges unless otherwise indicated.
5. Free Trial
5.1 Trial Period
New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial that includes access to paid plan features (such as AI auto-replies, automated reminders, and WhatsApp messaging capabilities).
5.2 After the Trial
When your free trial ends:
- WhatsApp messaging and AI booking features will be disabled
- Your account will continue to function with Free plan limitations
- Your existing data (reservations, messages, settings) will be preserved
- You may subscribe to a paid plan at any time to restore full functionality
No payment is charged automatically at the end of the trial period. You must actively choose and subscribe to a paid plan.
6. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
6.1 Billing
All subscriptions are purchased exclusively through our website. Subscriptions cannot be purchased inside the iOS or Android app. The app is used to access the Service after subscribing.
Payments are processed by Konnect (operated by Konnect Networks), a payment service provider authorized by the Central Bank of Tunisia that supports both national and international bank cards (Visa, MasterCard). By subscribing, you agree to Konnect's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
Your paid subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) at the then-current subscription price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Renewal charges are processed on the same day of each month as your original subscription date
- We may send renewal reminders as a courtesy; we do not guarantee that you will receive a reminder before each renewal
- The renewal price may differ from your original price if we have provided advance notice of a price change (see Section 4.4)
6.3 How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
- In the App: Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription and select "Cancel Subscription"
- Via Billing Portal: Access your billing portal through the link in your subscription settings on our website to manage or cancel your plan
- By Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@slotlybooking.com with your account email address
Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above to avoid continued charges.
6.4 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel a paid subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — you will not lose access immediately
- After the current period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
- WhatsApp messaging and AI-powered booking features will be disabled
- Your data (reservations, messages, conversation history, and settings) will be preserved
- You may resubscribe to a paid plan at any time to restore full functionality
6.5 Refund Policy
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@slotlybooking.com within 14 days of the charge
7. End User License Agreement (EULA)
7.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the SlotlyBooking mobile application on your personal device(s)
- Access and use the Service for your internal business purposes
7.2 License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Service or any part thereof
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service, except through our provided APIs
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms
7.3 Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are and remain the exclusive property of Feki Development. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
8. WhatsApp Integration
8.1 Requirements
To use the WhatsApp integration features, you must:
- Have a valid Meta Business Account
- Have a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) connected through Meta
- Comply with Meta's Business Messaging Policy
- Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service
8.2 Message Templates
WhatsApp message templates (for reminders, confirmations, and cancellations) must be approved by Meta before use. We submit templates on your behalf, but approval is at Meta's sole discretion.
8.3 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The content of messages sent through your WhatsApp Business Account
- Obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before sending them messages
- Complying with all applicable anti-spam and communication laws
- Maintaining a good standing with Meta's messaging policies
8.4 Messaging Limitations
WhatsApp messaging is subject to:
- Your subscription plan's monthly message limits
- Meta's rate limits and messaging policies
- WhatsApp's template approval requirements
- Potential service disruptions by Meta/WhatsApp beyond our control
8.5 Meta Billing for WhatsApp Templates and Conversations
Meta may apply separate fees for WhatsApp Business conversations, including but not limited to:
- Template-based messages (such as reminders, confirmations, and notifications)
- Marketing or utility conversations initiated through approved templates
At this time:
- These Meta/WhatsApp fees are billed directly by Meta (or its payment providers) to your WhatsApp Business Account or associated payment method
- SlotlyBooking does not manage, process, or collect these Meta fees on your behalf
- SlotlyBooking provides tooling to send approved templates but does not act as your billing provider for WhatsApp messaging
In the future, we may add features to surface, estimate, or help manage Meta/WhatsApp billing, but any such tools will be informational only unless we explicitly state otherwise.
9. AI-Powered Features
9.1 Description
SlotlyBooking includes AI-powered features that automatically process customer messages to understand booking requests and generate responses. These features are powered by Google's Gemini AI.
9.2 AI Disclaimer
AI-generated responses are provided on an "as-is" basis and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misunderstandings. Specifically:
- The AI may misinterpret customer intent or extract incorrect booking details
- AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind
- AI confidence scores indicate the system's certainty but do not guarantee accuracy
- The AI operates based on the business information and services you configure
9.3 Your Control
You retain full control over AI features:
- You may enable or disable AI auto-replies at any time in your Business Settings
- Conversations flagged as needing human attention are highlighted in your dashboard
9.4 Your Responsibility
You are ultimately responsible for all communications sent from your WhatsApp Business Account, including those generated by the AI. We recommend regularly reviewing AI conversations and adjusting settings as needed.
10. Staff and Permissions
10.1 Staff Accounts
Business owners can invite staff members to their SlotlyBooking account. Staff members receive access based on assigned permissions:
- Business Management: Access to business settings, services, and configurations
- Chat: Access to WhatsApp conversations and messaging
- Booking: Access to reservation management and calendar
10.2 Owner Responsibilities
As the business owner, you are responsible for:
- Managing staff access and permissions appropriately
- Ensuring staff members comply with these Terms
- Revoking access for staff who no longer require it
- All actions performed by staff on your business account
11. Acceptable Use
11.1 You Agree Not To:
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages through WhatsApp
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or threaten any person
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Use the AI features to generate misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
- Exceed your plan's usage limits through technical manipulation
11.2 Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including:
- Issuing warnings
- Temporarily suspending your account
- Permanently terminating your account
- Reporting violations to law enforcement where appropriate
12. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Third-Party Services
13.1 Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp), Google (Gemini AI, OAuth), Apple (Sign In with Apple), Konnect (payments), MailerSend, and Expo. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.
13.2 Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- The availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services
- Changes to third-party APIs, terms, or policies that may affect Service functionality
- Data processing by third parties in accordance with their own privacy policies
14. Service Availability and Modifications
14.1 Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will attempt to provide advance notice)
- Unscheduled maintenance or emergency repairs
- Third-party service outages (WhatsApp, Konnect, etc.)
- Force majeure events
14.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that significantly affect your use:
- We will provide reasonable advance notice
- You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the changes
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- WhatsApp or other third-party integrations will always be available
15.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FEKI DEVELOPMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
- Damages resulting from AI-generated messages or responses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages resulting from third-party service outages or changes
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
15.3 Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Feki Development, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Content of messages sent through your WhatsApp Business Account
- Actions of your staff members on the Service
17. Termination
17.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting your account through the app's Settings
- Contacting us at contact@slotlybooking.com
17.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
- You fail to pay subscription fees when due
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
17.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Service is immediately revoked
- Your access to the app and all features is terminated
- If you have an active paid subscription, it will not renew
- We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period (see our Privacy Policy)
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law)
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
18.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: Contact us at contact@slotlybooking.com and we will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing other remedies
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the competent courts of Tunisia
18.3 EU Residents
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Feki Development regarding the Service.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
19.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
19.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
- For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect
- Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
- If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription
